:: Knowledge Exchange Program (KXP)

The M. Ch. Ophthalmology Certification course will consist of Knowledge Exchange Program (KXP) held twice yearly, presently planned for Sep 2010. This contact course will be more in the form of a teaching program with intensive delivery of several faculty lectures over a period of 3 days. The KXP and the module study will fetch you minimum 60 CME hours.This is intended as a one-stop update meeting for updating knowledge and skills.

The KXP is NOT intended to be a meeting to discuss individual results and techniques but an educational programmed activity for imparting cutting-edge evidence-based practices to participants. All participants will be lectured on the latest advances in the various sub-specialities by experts in these areas. Only the current medical literature and practices will be included towards the same.

These KXP will be an integral part of the M. Ch. curriculum and will be charge-free to candidates registered on the course. It is envisaged that these lecture series will also be open to candidates NOT registered on the course but wanting to update their knowledge with payment of appropriate course fees (to be announced annually). An attendance certificate will be provided.
